Managing performance using regular feedback

Monday, October 27, 2021 1 – 3pm EST

The IT Leadership Community (ITLC) invites you to join their next session, led by Tiffany Lemons, senior organization development consultant at IU HR, to learn how to give effective performance feedback. We will discuss how to structure performance feedback meetings and how the Performance at IU tools can help you give constructive feedback.

To prepare for this session, please review this IU HR web page: Performance at IU, particularly the Performance at IU Tool Usage chart. You can also review this 30 minute recording about the Performance at IU program and this 1hr 15min LinkedIn Learning course, Using Feedback to Drive Performance.

Bring your answers to these questions:

How do you assess performance? How and when do you give performance feedback? What techniques would you use to give feedback in a structured meeting?

For more information about this event, contact Madeleine Gonin.
